Minor fixes

* lisp/frame.el (set-frame-property--interactive): Remove '(point)'
that makes no sense as the default value.  (Bug#9970)

* lisp/simple.el (next-error-found-function): Move defcustom
closer to function 'next-error-found' where it's used.
